有關第三者存款/轉賬之安排請留意，為配合證監會《打擊洗錢及恐怖分子資金籌集指引》，中順證券期貨有限公司 (“中順”) 只接受客戶本人名義存入的資金，恕不接受第三者存款/轉賬(包括但不限於轉賬、匯款及支票存款)。如客戶的存款被識別為第三者存款/轉賬，中順保留將該筆資金退回之權利，而客戶須承擔一切銀行費用及相關風險。中順將不負責客戶因退款所引致的一切相關費用、銀行利息或客戶與第三者之間的個人損失及追討。不便之處，敬請原諒。

Notice of Third-Party Deposit / Transfer Arrangement
Dear Customer,
In compliance with the Guideline on Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Financing of Terrorism issued by the SFC, Sino-Rich Securities & Futures Limited (“Sino-Rich”) accepts deposit funds from the account holders only, and no third-party deposits/transfers will be accepted (include but not limited to bank transfer, remittance and cheque deposit). If a third-party deposit / transfer is identified, Sino-Rich reserves the right to return the fund and customer is liable to all bank charges and related risk. Sino-Rich is not responsible for all costs incurred by refund, bank interest or personal loss between the customer and the third-party. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
