Perform efficient and accurate order executions and reconciliation with customers/counterparties.
Monitor clients's orders and margin level, conduct margin call and margin report.
Support client on-boarding in a professional manner to compliant with relevant rules and regulations. Responsible for performing KYC/CDD procedures at both customer onboarding and periodic review.
Provide customer services, handle customer enquiries and related support to clients in an efficient manner.
Assist in ad-hoc projects and carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Diploma or University Degree in Business Administration/Finance or related disciplines preferred；
SFC type 1 and type 2 RA licenses holder preferred;
1 year or above working experience in the financial industry;
Familiar in Office, especially Excel preferred
Good command of written and spoken Putonghua, English and Chinese;
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Willing to work in middle shift (3pm - 12am) preferred (with allowance)
